Jason Aldean brought his “Burn It Down” tour to Tulsa’s BOK Center on Friday, April 10 and fire and pyrotechnics began from the outset.
The raucous crowd, most of whom sang along with Aldean all evening, was treated to a high energy show that was balanced with music from all his albums, including several from his most recent effort, “Old Boots, New Dirt.”
Opening his set with “Hicktown” from his 2005 debut album, Aldean took his appreciative audience on a musical journey through his ten-year career, utilizing every inch of his large stage, featuring pyrotechnics that rivaled that of any rock show.
All in all, the near-capacity crowd just wanted to have a good time Friday night, and Aldean made sure they did.
