Updated: The world noticed as U.S. officials, including Eric Holder who was in the city at the time, deliberately refused to attend a Paris rally to denounce a wave of terrorism in Paris. U.S. Attorney General Holder did not join world leaders such as German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
Think about that for a moment, both the top official of Israel and the leader of the Palestinians march together against terrorism and America sends only a political hack ambassador.
Is this the meaning of President Obama’s words when he said he would be “leading from behind” or did his friends in the Muslim Brotherhood not give him permission to attend?

The march and rally drew millions days after 12 were shot at the satirical paper Charlie Hebdo. More than 40 heads of state came together in Paris to denounce a wave of terrorism that defiled the City of Light and in total from two attacks left 17 innocents dead.

The New York Daily News wrote that Obama and top U.S. politicians skipping the Paris rally is a “shameful failure” and that “America’s only representative was its relatively unknown and low-profile ambassador to France.”
In this second photo, U.S. Attorney General Holder (Center), the top law enforcement officer of the nation is shown among those who attended a terrorism summit. Again, he was in the city, but did not attend the large unity rally. As the U.S.’ top dignitary in the country at the time his absence was deliberate. His staff, the State Department and President Obama must have agreed to avoid a rally in support of Free Speech and against terror because (fill in the blank – we are too offended to complete the sentence within our publishing standards).

And ex-Central Intelligence Agency Analyst Clare Lopez says that the White House is sitting in a similar position eight decades later by refusing to identify Islam as a threat to America’s existence as a nation and to the world’s freedom as we know it.
“The United States is essentially hors du combat (French for ‘out of the fight’) in the jihad wars — the wars to stay free of Shariah,” Lopez informed WND. “[Obama and his administration] have withdrawn U.S. military forces, withdrawn U.S. power and influence from critical regions, abandoned former allies — Gadhafi, Mubarak, Israel — in order to favor jihadists, whether al-Qaida or the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Syria.”
Lopez insists that because the Obama administration strictly adheres to messaging that does not depict Islamic jihadists as the terror threat, America is in danger.
