To honor and support Wounded Warriors, the Tulsa Elks Lodge #946 will host Wounded Warrior Battalion West Day of Appreciation on September 27, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. The Albert E. Schwab Chapter of the Tulsa Marine Corp League presents this fundraiser and invites the general public to come out and enjoy the day.

The event starts Saturday morning at 10:30am with the registration for the a motorcycle Poker Run with kick stands up at 11:30am. There will be five stops and then return to the Elks no later than 5 pm for the awards which immediately follow the ride.

There’s a free car wash from 10:30am to 2pm and donations will be accepted. Music will be playing all day with prizes, food, fellowship and fun.

G.I. Wishes will be on hand with pets for Vets. Your support brings hope to wounded service members.

This event will engage warriors, nurture their minds and bodies, and encourage their economic empowerment.
